Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is best known for her roles in films as Heidi in Somersault (2004), Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) and as Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) as well as for her work with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and The Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). The latter movie Cornish was awarded her first Screen Actors Guild Award as an actor in the film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. His father is Jack Gilpin star of such films like Adventureland (2009) as well as her mom is Ann McDonough of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) and other films. Betty Gilpin chose to act as a result of her parents' support and believed in her. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin honed her skills. After graduation Gilpin began acting in Off-Broadway plays while auditioning for TV and film roles. She landed a recurring role on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. This was followed by minor roles as ghosts on Ghost Town and The Northern Kingdom. Gilpin continued to appear on TV in the role of a guest star for the remainder of her time. In 2013, she got her first break when she was cast as a regular on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin was a part of Nurse Jackie for 34 seasons as the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin before it ended its run on June 15th, 2015. Gilpin played the lead role in True Story (2015) the following year.
